The streetlife.com website has been around for a while. It only came to my attention because my mother received a letter about it in the post so they must have some kind of marketing budget. Perhaps it is publically funded. It was also mentioned on the BBC News a couple of years ago. See BBC News Article >> . It certainly seems like a good idea and we all like Stephen Fry doing the voice over in this video showing how it works.
